Representative Director
After graduating from Keio University in 1990, Masaaki Fudeuchi began his career at The Fuji Bank, now Mizuho Bank, where he worked in domestic branch sales, international banking and the London branch. In 2011, he joined a UK investment management firm and built extensive experience in European private debt and buyout investments. He became Representative Director of FLB in May 2023.

Director
After graduating from Seijo University in 1992, Yohei Osade joined Daiwa Securities and worked in Japanese equity sales in Tokyo and Milan. He later joined Merrill Lynch Securities, covering Japanese equity sales, corporate access and research. At Mizuho Securities, he held senior roles in Global Markets and Investment Banking. He became Director of FLB in May 2023.
